The 8MP Type C USB Camera Module is designed to capture sharp, high-quality images and video for a variety of uses. It can produce resolutions up to 3264 × 2448 at 15 frames per second for maximum detail, or Full HD 1920 × 1080p at 30 frames per second for smooth video. This makes it a great choice for tasks such as inspection work, microscopy, document capture, and other situations where clear and accurate imaging is important. The camera features autofocus to keep your images sharp, MJPEG compression to keep video smooth while saving bandwidth, and UVC plug and play support so it works with most major computer platforms without the need for extra drivers. Its small size makes it easy to build into other systems or devices. Please note: During extended use, the camera may reach temperatures of approximately 140–158°F, so it should not be worn directly on the body or placed in contact with skin. It is intended for non-contact applications such as capturing ID cards, passports, bank documents, or printed text for instant digital conversion; inspecting solder joints, electronic components, or small parts in precision assemblies; imaging in confined industrial spaces; conducting portable surveillance at construction sites or events; assisting security patrols with real-time image capture; and recording detailed evidence at accident or crime scenes.
