Shipping & Returns

Order Processing

We ship most packages within 24-48 hours via USPS. If you place an order after 1 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST), we will begin processing it on the next business day. Processing can take from 1 to several days depending on your product. We offer free shipping for all U.S orders over $99. International shipping is not eligible for our free shipping offer and shipping options will be calculated durring checkout. Special orders and custom-made products may take longer. If we must review an order for security reasons, it may delay the estimated delivery time.

Shipping Policies

We ship via US Priority, Parcel, Express Mail or UPS/FedEx by request or on account. Actual rates are determined by the the total weight of your items and destination. Free shipping offer is for US domestic orders only. International shipments are also charged an additional 3% which will be added to the final charge, which is calculated to the order total. StuntCams is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Insurance on all packages is optional at an additional charge and must be requested by the customer at the time of ordering. All orders usually go out the same or next day unless the item is out of stock or on backorder. Parts damaged in shipment are the responsibility of StuntCams, and a claim will be filed. If your ordered product(s) are damaged during shipment, you must contact us so we can file a claim within 48 hours. Packages damaged in shipment must be saved along with packing material until carrier can inspect the package.

Return Policies

Warranty claims, product returns, and/or incorrect orders or shipments, must be addressed as follows: Opening or installing a product from StuntCams, you agree to terms and conditions of warranties and policies of StuntCams. StuntCams must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of shipment, and prior to installation, of any damages or discrepancies to your shipment. Products will not be accepted for returns after installation, except for warranty issues as stated in our limited warranty. You must have a proof of purchase and be the original purchaser. You MUST contact StuntCams for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to return any products. To receive return authorization, email our returns department (email address below) and you will be contacted within 24-48 hours. Once approved, you will be issued an RMA number. All returns must be packaged carefully with the RMA clearly marked on outside of package. Our quality department will determine approval/disapproval after close inspection of returned part(s). The customer is liable for product damaged in shipping due to inadequate packaging. StuntCams is not responsible for freight charges on returns. Shipment will be rejected if sent freight collected or approved warranted items will be replaced immediately with the same merchandise, or similar item of our choice. Items returned that were abused will have to be approved by our warranty department for exchange. If we no longer carry the item that was returned due to a manufacturer defect, we will send a working comparable new or refurbished item of our choice. Shipping is always non-refundable. All returns for refunds must be requested within 14 days of the actual shipping date. Returns for merchandise store credit will be allowed for up to 30 days of the shipment date, once approved by StuntCams. Purchases made directly from eBay or Amazon stores will require a positive feedback by the customers if everything by StuntCams was attempted before the return/exchange occurred.

Restocking Fee

All returns for refund are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Items purchased with free shipping are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee or 15% plus the actual cost of shipping, whichever is lowest. Items returned that were used and or abused will have to be approved by our returns department for exchange and a 15%-100% restocking fee could be assessed if the product can not be restocked as brand new. No restocking fee applies on exchanges or store credit if the merchandise has not been used. These fees apply unless the item is defective or damaged, you receive the wrong item, or the fee is prohibited by law.

All sales are final on these items

  • Flash memory items (SD cards, micro SD cards, flash drives, etc)
  • Custom-made or special order products
  • Body-worn products that may be contaminated (e.g. headsets, in ear microphone, etc)
  • One-time-use products such as:
    • Activated GPS tracking devices
    • Camera detectors
    • RF detectors
    • Bug detectors
    • Covert cameras (exchanges for store credit only)

International Orders

We ship via USPS and DHL for worldwide orders, or UPS/FedEx upon request or on account. If you do not see a service listed that you would like, please contact us for additional options. For international orders, we accept payments in the following forms: credit cards, debit cards, PayPal (confirmed addresses), bank wire transfer, and Western Union.

Prior to processing your international order, we may also request additional information to verify the authenticity of the order. One of the simplest and quickest ways to process an international order is via PayPal, which is the most reliable alternative payment method.

All international orders may be subject to import duty or tax on goods entering your country and any of those additional fees are a part of our customer's responsibility. The amount of duty depends on the type of good purchased and its assigned monetary value. Some items shipped internationally do not require you to pay any import duty. We are unable to control or predict changes in this realm of commerce and as a result, we will not be responsible for any additional charges associated with customs procedures.

Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee

A missing item or damaged product fee will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition).

Limited Warranty

Opening or installing a product from StuntCams, you agree to terms and conditions of warranties and policies of StuntCams. All equipment and electronics carry a 6 month replacement warranty from date of purchase, unless otherwise noted, against defects in workmanship and materials. If within 6 months, we determine that your item is a manufacturers defect, we will replace that unit for you. To cover the cost of shipping and handling for repair and return, we require a payment of $25 to cover the costs of shipping the unit to the manufacturer and then back to you. You can purchase an extended warranty on all of our products by contacting us directly. StuntCams is not responsible for improper installation, modification, power spikes, misuse of products, or corrosion, due to improper care. Stuntcams is also not responsible for damages resulting from normal every day wear and tear, which will be at the sole discretion of Stuntcams. Any attempt to open or repair any electronic device, camera, or DVR, without first contacting StuntCams will VOID all warranties noted above. Approved warrantied items will be replaced immediately with the same merchandise, or similar item of our choice. Purchaser assumes all liability for using these products in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws regarding surreptitious audio and or video recording or monitoring.
